Don’t waste your time at Patrick Hyundai
I have been in contact with the dealership regarding a 2022 Santa Fe Hybrid blue trim. I was straightforward from the beginning and asked my sales executive and customer care agent whether the dealership participate in Hyundai Circle Plan. Both my salesperson and customer care agent confirmed to me that they accept the Hyundai circle plan. I was asked to provide my address and my circle plan certificate for a bill of sales. I was ready to move forward with the purchase and agreed to put a deposit on the vehicle. After waiting for a few hours to receive a buyer’s order, I received an email from my salesperson saying the sales manager went back on his/her word and he will charge me the full price. He added he wouldn’t charge the extra $1495 on top of the full price as a courtesy. What a JOKE and what a WASTE of time!!!! I understand there is a chip shortage and supply chain problems. I did not ask for anything special other than transparency and I would have been ok if I was turned down from the beginning instead of wasting my time and breaking the promise. I would not recommend Patrick Hyundai and its misrepresentation to the Hyundai brand.
