I know there are some good reviews out there with Parkway Automotive; this is not one of them. As with all reviews, your mileage may vary. I have used them twice now and will not next time.
I took my daily drive to them first thing Oct 16th. On November 21st (37 days) I picked up the vehicle. I had taken it in for a blown head gasket and a brake check. For my vehicle the average high cost for the head gasket is just over $2500. At the low end it is $1650. PA was about twice that. They had to go back into the engine 3 times! Each time there was something “new” that needed to be replaced. Somewhere along the saga they lost one of the fuel rails. Yes, lost! They didn’t bother to order a new one until after I called asking for an update on status. Communication was spotty at best. AJ was the service manager. As I drove off another dash light came on but I did not take it back there! When I got home I found that they mis-routed a vacuum line that prevented the engine cover from fitting properly. I had to disconnect both heater lines and retainers to correct. It was also missing the bolt for the power steering fluid reservoir along with disconnected clips. Total bill ended up over $7000.
