Great job, great service and superb communication
I have to say the stress and anxiety I experienced after someone hit my car was 9 on a scale of 1 - 10 .
I scanned through a list of auto body shops and read through the reviews and overall I thought they were the ones that I would take a gamble. After hearing peoples' horror stories about different auto body places my level went to 10. My gamble on Parkway Auto Body paid out. They work with Enterprise, so they met me there to take me to get a car and gave me an original estimation of about 2 weeks to complete the job. They updated me almost every day via text or phone call. Thinking about it I never had to call them. Then 1/2 way through the time of 2 weeks they projected they said they would have my car done sooner than later. Vita or Vida ( can't remember which name) but she works in the receptionist was extremely nice, professional and on point. When my car was ready I was also able to leave my rental there and they scanned it in for Enterprise. :) My whole experience was seamless, fast, courteous and professional. Also, they did a superb job on my car. Bravo!!!!! It look like i just took it from the show room. Definitely, will recommend!!!!!!
the shop was awesome, they communicated with me weekly with any updates, the car was repaired and looked like new. I recommend this place 100%.

Car came out looking brand new. Only complaint I have was in regard to someone’s personal items in my car when I picked it up. I found someone’s lip liner, necklace, and pepto in my cup holders.
