First time ever enjoyed my car buying experience. Jonathan was great and very knowledgeable. On our test drive he pointed out all the amazing features on the Santa Fe Hybrid which convenced us to buy one.The rest of the staff were very professional and the whole process went very smoothly.

Bewilderingly Inhospitable Customer Experience
I walked in June 8th 2022 looking to purchase a new Elantra. It was a normal transaction up to the point in which I asked for an “out the door price.” The salesman told me to wait while he spoke with someone. When he returned the entire tone of the conversation shifted and they got very short/rude stating: “We are a community based dealership and don’t appreciate when people like you come in wanting to compare numbers. You can shop around and we will match any other dealer’s price.” I asked if they could any numbers on financing but it was at this point the salesman in one complete motion stood up, smacked the desk, and said “I can’t help you. You can leave now,” in a very aggressive voice. If this is how the dealership treats their customers then I am shocked they are still in business. I hope the dealership re-evaluates how they train their salesmen as no customer should experience what I did.

Painless buying experience
My whole experience was absolutely top notch. I first came in just to look at a Kona, but they didn't have any. Lowell and I spoke for a while about the merits of the car and about my trade, my motivations, and budget. Once they got one in, he called so I could come take a test drive. The dealership has a really well-designed test drive route to really show off the features of the vehicles.
Once I decided to buy the Kona the process was very smooth. My trade was evaluated quickly, and I was given a reasonable offer within KBB valuation. Marcos, the financing agent, was amazing getting me a competitive financing offer. He also presented me all of the additional options in a thorough but no pressure manner, which allowed me to make the best decisions about additional warranty/protection products.
Parks' dealer markup is much less than many of the other dealers I looked at and they give you more dealer added features as part of that additional cost. Would highly recommend the Parks team for a new car purchase.
By the way, I LOVE my new Kona. Amazing little crossover!

Great experience with Parks
We decided to purchase a Palisade at probably the worst time ever with supply issues for chips and vehicles. We found the car we were interested in on the Parks web site listed as “in transit”. The sales rep we spoke to (Lowell) took us on a test drive in a comparable car and we were sold. Parks met our expectations on the deal including allowance on our trade vehicle. When our Palisade arrived we were in and our with no hassles. We love the car and feel like we were well treated at Parks.
