Problem caused by service.. resolved in a timely manner
The dealership was very helpful in fitting me in to fix the problem wit my driver side door panel. The part was under warranty even though my car is a 2018 and I appreciated it, it was a very expensive replacement !

poor service dept wpork and no quality control measures in place
If it was not for warranty work I would not trust this dealership to repair anything more complicated than replacing a floor mat.

Good service
My car has an issue with noise. It took some time due to waiting for the parts and so on, but the service team took care of car really well. The service manager, Bucky, even followed up with me during the whole process. I really do appreciate your help and extra care Mr Bucky!

A Pleasant atmosphire with little buying pressure
The staff and sales are very friendly and do not pressure you when showing the new or used vehicles. Selection is a bit limited, probably due to the pandemic.

Car Service is Fast - but Valet Service is slow
it took 3 calls to arrange for Valet Service per my warranty. However once the car was picked up, they completed the service quickly.

FRIENDLY, BUT EXCESSIVE WAIT (AS USUAL)
Waiting on your vehicle for service is one of the three SURE things in life. The other two are death and taxes! There was no water available in the waiting room and my vehicle was not washed for some reason. I'm sure they would have washed the vehicle if I had asked, but I had already waited 1hour and 15 minutes, and I was ready to get out of there!

I don't understand why it always takes nearly 2 hours to complete a simple oil change (especially when you have made an appointment). What is the purpose of making an appointment?
