Service was overall a good experience, the only thing I didn’t appreciate was when I walked out to find my car running with all the windows rolled down (with the keys in console). After my service was done, I was told it was ready and that it was pulled up close for me which is great… but finding my windows rolled down was in poor taste. Regardless if the car was left unattended for a short period of time, it was still left unattended with my valuables inside… So at that point, whose responsibility is it if something gets stolen? Everyone else around me who had their cars brought up after their service had their windows up just found it strange.
