Shafted by Sales
I’m reporting a terrible experience with this dealership on my attempted purchase of a used Lexus with only 13,574 miles. I had worked with their salesman John Bradford both on the phone and internet to purchase a vehicle in their inventory and posted on-line. John sent me pictures of some front end bumper damage that needed repair. He said he would take the car to their repair center and fix the bumper and let me know when car would be ready. They would fix the car at their expense, no problem. i made and offer on the vehicle at only $982 under the posted asking price and John said that was doable (said he would send paperwork for car loan and sales transaction. He asked me to email or text a copy of my driver’s license and insurance info to write up the paperwork. I sent it within just a few minutes. Since i lived over 250 miles away I planned to fly to Dallas to pick up the car when ready and paperwork completed. John said they would pick me up at Love Field Airport in Dallas. I followed up with John by text to check on status of the repairs and when I could schedule the pick up the vehicle and complete the sale. Next thing I got was a text saying: "I've got a deal killing problem". Another salesman had sold the vehicle he said. John did not even give me an apology, nor call me, nor have his boss call me as I had asked. I called the dealership G.M. Donnie Lembreck who could really offer me no more than an apology and said he could understand why I was so unhappy with their dealership. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership as my experience is an example of how they treat customers. I was shafted by them. They evidently don't believe in honesty and integrity.
