Since my original review, I have continued trying to resolve the charges and get the money that Park Place agreed to return. No actual repairs were completed on my vehicle. I was charged for removal and disassembly/blueprinting, but despite repeatedly requesting photos showing the alleged full breakdown of my vehicle, I never received them. My insurance representative, Tess, also told me she never received photos of a full breakdown.
I have written communication from Tyler Herriage confirming that Park Place had approved the return and that the request was submitted to Accounting. Tyler later confirmed that Park Place had received the insurance check and that the remaining balance was owed to me.
I was then told the money would be returned. Steve Blackwell, who represented himself as the manager, asked me to update my review because he said he would send me a check.
On July 27, Steve left me a voicemail stating: “We get that check out and I am simply waiting for the FedEx tracking number, but it will be coming FedEx, so it’ll be a live check headed your way.”
I never received the check or the tracking number.
At this point, I’ve given Park Place BodyWerks multiple opportunities to make this right. The insurance estimate also states that it was not authorization to repair and that authorization must come directly from the vehicle owner.
My biggest concerns remain transparency, documentation, communication, and follow-through.
I would not trust Steve Blackwell or Tyler Herriage to resolve a dispute based on verbal promises. Get everything in writing and document everything.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but based on how this situation has been handled, I still cannot recommend Park Place BodyWerks Fort Worth.
