Almost beyond belief!
15 years ago, my 89 year-old mother had saved up $1400 to repair her broken AC in her1989 Camry.Rather than bringing it back to the shop that diagnosed the problem, She brought it to Park Ave auto repair on a referral, expecting the $1400 cost . Instead they said “ excuse me ma’am, all you needed was a fuse” and they charged her $1.50 and sent her on her way. Had they not mentioned the fuse, they could’ve taken my mom‘s $1400 and been off to the casino, but instead, they did the right thing and they’ve had me ,my mother ,my family, and everyone within the sound of my voice as customers because of it. Aside from them being honest, they’re also great mechanics and a great bunch of guys I give them an 11 out of 10.
