My 2013 Honda Civic needed state inspection. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and when I took my car in at 8:45 in the morning, I was surprised that I was able to pick it shortly thereafter. Pardo’s is always thorough in their analysis of the cars state of health, and they pointed out items on which I should be keeping watch but there was no pressure to address any potential concerns immediately. I appreciate the friendliness of the front desk, staff and the efficiency.
