Oil Change
My service experience was not what I have been accustomed to at Palmers. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment for an oil change. I arrived on time for a 2 pm appointment. I was asked if I was going to wait for the car to be serviced and I replied yes. There was no mention of an extended wait.

At an hour and thirty minutes, i inquired about the car. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes more and that it was “coming off the rack”. I also overheard that my service rep had left to pick up her children.

I waited another hour before my car was ready and was told they were short handed. Common courtesy would have been to tell me that when I got there. I had a 2:00 scheduled appointment. The longest I have ever waited is an hour and ten minutes. If oil changes/service on the 2025s is going to be complimentary, either better scheduling and/or more communication with your customers needs to happen.
