Outstanding Services
Palmer and crew provide good customer services. We took our vehicle for services due engine issue, they ran a diagnostic of the issue found there was service call for my spouse 2017 Hyundai. They inform us of the issue recommended to take a Hyundai dealership for services since it could possible covered under the warranty. They were not able to assist with our issue but kind enough to lead in the right directions. Thank you again Palmer Auto Service and Crews!

Unexpected positive features that are very helpful
I have never had such a positive experience in getting my vehicles serviced.
Beyond just being personable in booking my appointment these were especially delightful for me:
1. Real time photographs of inspections performed as a mechanically iinclined person (engineer) this was reassuring to know that I really needed to haverepairs done.
2. Offering pick-up and delivery - with pleasant personnel

Wheel squeak and sensor error
We have used Palmer since we moved to the area. Today we brought the car in for a squeak which the tech decided was tire noise. The car doesn't always do it but the report was it was tire noise which I can't understand and don't believe he herd the squeak which is fine. The sensor was chalked up to be a power short somewhere that couldn't be located which I understand. I just can't understand how I got charged $382. If wasn't something you could diagnose and wasn't something serious then you should have quit at an hour and called and said how much money can we spend on hunting something we probably won't find. You have always been good to work with in the past but this is a big deal for me and very disappointed

Vehicle returned with more problems
Took my mom’s car in for an oil change and to have the brakes checked out. They ended up replacing the rear calipers, rotors, brake pads, servicing the brake fluid, and assessing the front brakes. There were no dash warning lights on when we brought the car in, but at some point while the vehicle was there 4 warning lights came on. 3 of the 4 warning lights were directly related to the brakes. When we picked the vehicle up I was told all but one of these lights was addressed and taken care of. My mom left in the vehicle and I found out a shortly after all 4 warning lights were still on and the maintenance required light was also still on. Palmer told me that the warning lights, including the one labeled “BRAKE”, is unrelated to their brake job they completed. The owners manual says to immediately take the vehicle in for service and do not drive the vehicle when this light is on. They sent my mom off with this light and took $1600 from her for a full brake service. They do not believe in accountability or returning a vehicle in safe driving condition.

EXCELLENT
The team always works so well together. Everyone is so caring and friendly. I enjoyed waiting for my vehicle to get serviced while sitting comfortably in the waiting room. They offered to take me home but I preferred to stay. They made me feel so welcome!!
