DO NOT TAKE YOUR HYBRID VEHICLE HERE
They do not know about lithium batteries or how to charge them, just say they are dead because they do not know the individual cars features. The lithium battery is how the car starts, so you charge the 12 voltage & press a green button on the driver's sods panel & it sends the charge to the lithium battery. I trusted these guys, bad idea! The same was true with a friend who had brake trouble, they had to call for an expert, she couldn't wait & bought a new car. They charged for diagnosis & I sold my car for $300 instead of the $3000 it was worth, assuming they knew what they were doing. TAKE YOUR HYBRID TO THE DEALER, ITS WORTH IT!! Both cars were Ford's 1 escape 1 fusion.

Great experience and reasonably prices
We were quoted almost $5,000 at the dealership for routine maintenance and a few minor repairs on our Jeep Wrangler. I called Pacific Automotive hoping for a second opinion and was able to drop off the same day. They were able to fix everything that was wrong and do all needed maintenance for under 1/3 of the cost. Awesome experience, we will definitely be back.

Excellent reliable and fair
I really appreciate how honest and reliable they were with my Range Rover. We had just moved here a few months ago and feel great about finding a trustworthy place to service our car. John in the office is so personable too and kept me informed the whole time!
