Had an issue a little uncommon. Send my daighter car for repair referred by an insurance co with claim and everything and they wanted to change me instead of the responsible party. The guy in the phone was rude accused me of cusing at him just because he didn't had the common sense of calling the insurance co. And find out what was the issue. Instead he got racist, rude and unprofessional. They love your money not your concerns. Be careful dealing with this specific tech. The manager did a fine job addressing the issue but the damage was already done.
