Best Oil Change Experience in 30 years
Very impressed! I needed an oil change but got more than I expected. James, at the service counter was great. Service was immediate so I was able to wait. I received an oil change and tire rotation as expected, however they also did a quick detail on my vehicle. They washed and wiped down the exterior including all windows. The floor mats were removed and vacuumed. All fluids were checked and they topped off the washer fluid at no extra charge. They also provided a detailed checklist of everything they performed on my vehicle. This definitely wasn’t your typical visit to Valvoline. I even used a Groupon so the deal was unbelievable, and because of that I wanted to tip the guys working in the shop for going above and beyond what I expected, however they gratefully said no thanks because they don’t accept tips. Highly recommend and I will definitely be going back.

This place SUCKS!!!!!!!
WE have bought 3 cars in the last year. ! that was not in need of repair for a few months.... 2 in the last 2 months - to the tune of 10K. Both have been in the shop AGAIN...to the tune of $1500..1 ONLY 5 DAYS LATER....If you buy a used car and ask your "mechanic" to check it out....but your "mechanic" is the person you purchased from and you get FUCKED....WTF!!!! I think they are nothing but a fraudulent money making operation.....

Britt said she really appreciated the help she received from this business. She mentioned that although she understood why, she had to pay $80 just to have them look at it, which was something previous businesses did not charge her for. She was pleased with the staff allowing her to leave her vehicle there for a week or two until she was able to pick it up.
