Above and Beyond
I dropped my Toyota CHR off early yesterday morning for its annual inspection and service. When I spoke with Steve later that morning I realized that my appointment was the next day 😐. Steve very kindly checked with John and suggested that I could leave my car there and it would be serviced if possible. As things turned out, my car was able to have the work done that afternoon. I REALLY appreciate P&N's going above and beyond to help! I wouldn't service my vehicle anywhere else. When I picked my car up, John carefully answered my questions and explained the service it had received. I am confident and grateful that my car has received the best possible care.
