Lacey and Patrick really care about their customers. We have taken our cars to local dealers several times and had major repairs recommended. We subsequently would bring them to outermost and they would tell us what really needed to be done, which was usually either nothing or something that was far less expensive. I feel they really have our back.
When you search for a mechanic it’s not uncommon to feel a little anxiety especially when your vehicle needs real service beyond an oil change or preventive maintenance. Patrick and Lacey operate this family owned small business and I could not have made a better choice.
If you are looking for a professional knowledgeable mechanic that you can trust, look no further. They performed all the required work in a reasonable amount of time and we’re very good at communicating throughout the process.

Surprisingly Quick & Professional Service
Wow! We usually take our cars to local dealerships who specialize in the type of automobile, however, we had a run-flat tire that needed to be replaced. We called Outermost Automotive and they promptly stated that they can assist with the tire replacement since they deal with foreign cars. This was great since it was just 7 minutes away in lieu of the hour drive to the dealership. We dropped the car off the night prior when the tire came in and they promptly worked on it. Got the car early the next morning. What fabulous service. Price was very fair for what they did. Although it was our first time with Outermost Automotive, it will not be our last. Thank you again!

This is a great place to take my Volvo. Who knew taking your car in for service could be enjoyable! Lacey and Patrick are super friendly and the service at Outermost Automotive is excellent. I've been going there for many years with several different cars and have always been more than satisfied. I highly recommend!
Outermost Auto has cared for my cars for well over a decade. This is honest shop. And Patrick is a thorough and thoughtful mechanic and I will keep coming back.
Since they don't provide roadside service, they offered a jumper box I couId use to start the car and get it to them. Which I did. Later in the day they called to update me. They wanted to keep the car overnight to make sure all the codes had updated.
First thing this morning I received a text. Codes had updated and it was ready for
pickup.
Price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and professional. They anticipated difficulties and made sure car was truly ready before releasing it.
Great at diagnostics and very honest. Have been a customer since 2014 and the work has always been excellent. I highly recommend them, especially for work on Volvos.
