Let this shop go under
These turds suck. I brought a car in for a gas tank leak and didn't specify any budget. They sit on the car for weeks before I finally track someone down on the phone who tells me about a patch they could try because the repair itself wasn't gonna be easy. Again, I didn't specify any budget. But if it gets the job done faster then cool. Nope, 2 months later I finally get another person on the phone who says they "aren't gonna be able" to fix the car. I get it home and no attempt to fix it was even made. Flatbed there and back. Unprofessional and dishonest.

Let them go under
I dropped off my vehicle for a fuel leak. I had to call multiple times to get a hold of anyone. Nobody tried to call me. Unprofessional. I didn't specify a budget yet they suggested a cheap patch job, which I assume was to be nice? Then they sat with my car for 2 months without attempting any work on the car whatsoever. So I bought a tool and am going to try to do what these "certified mechanics" can't to. Stupid. The whole thing is stupid. Let this shop go.

Otto Kilm’s has gone from ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To .5 ⭐️
AAA should take away their rating. The front desk man is rude I asked to speak to another person and he said he was busy. I called back later and this sad excuse for customer service said he was the guy I asked to speak to earlier. They couldn’t get the work done for 3 weeks ( no computer repairs were needed)I miss the honesty and integrity of GREGG For 7 years we’ve had super service.

Excellent and trustworthy mechanics and business
A little over a year ago I had Otto Kihm do a safety check on a '95 Silverado I purchased in '96. Michigan road salt was not kind to that old truck. Instead of giving me quotes to fix the old truck they told me it was time to look for a new one. They have done great work on my Subaru, Acura, '95 Chevy and '14 Silverados. They have been a great shop to deal with and are straightforward about the diagnostics and various options for repair. It's great to have a dependable mechanic.

I was under the impression they had change tires before on a car. I must’ve been wrong
What can I say I must not of done that much research I will never return there. They have done the worst job on two front tires than I have ever seen in all my years of driving.

Otto Kihm saves the day
My car broke down two blocks from Otto Kihm. They did not have an opening for over a week. I dropped the car off in their parking lot, the next morning they gave me their diagnosis and an estimated cost and it was fixed by that afternoon. Otto Kihm has a new customer!

Emergency repair
Staff was willing to get my brake caliper replaced and send me on my way home with only a couple hours left in the work day. When they bled the brakes, they did not tighten the new connection all the way. Simple mistake which I could fix myself, so I'd give them a 4/5.
