I took my 2017 Q50 to get the bumper and passenger fender and passenger doors repaired and I was charged a total of $6540. I was told it would be cheaper to purchase to new doors rather than fixing the tiny dings in the bottom of the doors. My car was kept for an entire month and charged $2800 for labor. Paid everything in Cash. When I pick up the car it’s a deep scratch in the windshield which I thought was paint when I initially picked the car up and found out it was a scratch the next morning, after I took the car to get wash because it was returned to me filthy. I called the extremely rude receptionist Vanessa you blatantly lied and said the scratch was already there and that she has pictures. I have an entire video of the car right after the accident and it is no scratch on my windshield the the windshield was never touched or damaged. To add insult to injury I’m literally sitting in Daytona Infinite because Ormond Collision Repair did something to cause a malfunction in my car that wasn’t happening before I dropped the car off. Everything was working as expected before I dropped the car off. I only needed body work and now I’ve paid $9300 in parts and labor and now have to pay $183 just for Infinite to diagnose the problem and waiting right now as I write this to see what causing the malfunction and how much more money I will have to kick out, literally one day after leaving Ormond Collision. The body work is good. I will give them credit for that. But this place is extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. If a shop damages a vehicle in their care. They’re suppose to fix it or compensate you. Not make you pay for their negligence. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these guys
