I went for a simple test drive but loved the car and experience at this garage that much that making the transaction on the same day was a no brainer.
Aaftab was the sales representative and I would suggest to anyone to ask for him, as he is very nice, professional and makes us appreciate the experience! My son had access to the hot chocolate machine! :)
All other sales representatives, sale director and folks in Financing (Ibrahim) we met were all nice and professional. Loved my experience and will suggest to anyone looking for a car to stop at that garage.

We found the dealership to be very helpful. We had done a lot of research and knew exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. Our salesperson, Liam, did a good job of getting us as close that as possible and felt that the additional warranty coverage explained to us by Ibrahim the finance manager was worth the additional investment. All-in-all we were satisfied with the experience.

The service at Orleans Mitsubishi has been amazing. Car shopping can be a daunting experience, but not with them. They’re informative, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that you get what you need in a new vehicle. Thank you Orleans Mitsubishi love my new RVR.

Purchased many cars in my days but our recent experience with Orleans Mitsubishi and with our salesman Aaftab was the smoothest by far! Was the only manufacturer who actually had a PHEV avaialble for a test drive and the one drive sold us! Within 2 weeks we had our new Outlander PHEV in our driveway and are really enjoying it! All the staff we delt with at the dealership were frendly and helpful! Would recommend Orleans Mitsubishi to anyone!

We went to Orleans knowing which car we were going to purchase but wanted to get a feel for the dealership before buying. We had a bad experience at a different dealership but knew Orleans Mitsubishi had the exact car we wanted and a price posted online. Our sales associate, Alex was very understanding of our situation and walked us through all the car features and pricing information with patience and honesty. I had done a lot of research and was happy to feel like my knowledge and questions were valid and respected.
After a little bit of negotiation we were able to come to a deal and happily purchased the car. The turn around on receiving the car was quick and again a friendly experience.
If purchasing a Mitsubishi, I would highly recommend and Alex and the Orleans team for their friendly and helpful service.
