Always awesome!
Very professionals and knowledgeable. On top of that, and that is something I admire the most, 100% honest. They care for you and would not sell you anything you don’t need like other places. OREC saves your old parts so you see them, sends you photos and videos of problems they find, etc. I would never go anywhere else. I hope I outlive them.

Gracious and quick.
Stumbled on this place driving home from work. Needed my car smogged and they handled it right away. Hope they do more than smog service, I'd love to bring my car in for for tbe same type service I got this afternoon, being new to Chula Vista and all.

2023 Audi A5 Sportback Oil Change
The oil change process is finicky. Put the car on a lift. Removal of the engine under tray, to include clips and screws. Use OEM oil, filter and new plug. Vehicle inspected and good to go.

This is a family owned business with men of high integrity and a skill set to go with it. This is my go to shop for my Audi.

I am very happy with the service that I received from Orec
I always feel like I get good value using Orec. I came to them after being disappointed with another mechanic. My initial visit actually resulted in me doing a simple oil change versus what the previous mechanic had recommended, a $2000 job. I have always been grateful for that guidance and always feel like I get great service. Thank you!

Communication
Mechanics communicated throughout the whole process. Mechanics took pictures and videos of issues, Leakes, parts, damages, etc… Provided fees and ask questions before proceeding with in return allow customer to look elsewhere for second opinion before proceeding. OREC has conducted maintenance and services on my Audi S3 For the past five years and will continue to bring Vehicle to continue services. Highly recommended!
