2012 Chevy traverse …Our transmission was going out , ,my husband and I researched many places ,on line , reading reviews , calling different mechanics .we found that this will be a costly fix and this was a very complicated job , so finding the right mechanics was crucial . Mechanics who know what exactly to do and will handle your car as if it was their own . Allow us to share with you this place called OptionTransmission we stumbled upon it and I researched this business and read all reviews then called and spoke to John , I let him know over the phone what we saw and heard from our traverse and immediately asked us to bring it in and he would diagnose it for free…. We called about 13 places when I tell you that the way he spoke to us over the phone we knew we would be In Good hands… John test drove the car ,immediately knew what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it he played no games he got right down to getting the car in and start working on it . Of course we went over the cost which we thought wow that’s incredible a few places to expensive and others to inexpensive his prices where right in the middle which I though was reasonable . John put us at ease his mechanics had our traverse up and running smoothly in just a few days , couldn’t be any happier the job his mechanics did for us ,, outstanding, the car drove like it was new when I tell you it runs smoothly I’m not over exaggerating it’s been running phenomenal for us . So don’t waste your time or your money anywhere else , this place will care for your car as if it were theirs … John’s mechanics are top notch … also please go with time and your patience just like anywhere else he has other customers and this place I have found is very popular their work speaks for itself. Your won’t regret it ….❤️
