Runaway fake reviews by Mr. Labib
Worst experience ever back on December 27, 2022 to call regarding recall on my vehicle was advised from Mr. Roberts to bring it in and he will be covered hundred percent after they check the Vin number and everything take my vehicle there no contact back call almost every other week. I was calling checking the status, and the answer was always We're still waiting on answer from Hyundai. This is the response, if I get to speak to somebody or I have to leave a message on march received a call your vehicle not covered under warranty. Come pick it up. Make an appointment to go pick it up with a TowTruk I have to pay for diagnostic. After getting the paperwork, go to pick up my vehicle, find my vehicle damage. find parts missing out of my vehicle. Got back to the office to speak to Mr. Ahmad he checked the picture they have on file when the vehicle was dropped off there was no damage on them. He advise me to contact the manager regarding this damage I go back to the office to speak to Mr. Robert regarding that he say leave the vehicle and my manager will call you tomorrow. Left the vehicle two days later. No call contact the GM left him a message send him pictures when the tow truck was picking up the vehicle from my house showing there is no damage. Supposedly he was going to check the cameras and get back to me cabinet for hours later got back to me. I owe him for three months worth of storage either I bake it up my vehicle, or I be the storage fee, dishonest and lying and scammers go pick up my vehicle. I have a document so they replaced the evaporator canister at the spot on the top of the TowTruk if up canister wasn't replace contact Mr. Labib. He play the stupid he don't know what does that item is and telling me to take my business somewhere else after they got paid for that and when Mr. Labib spoke to me we have a really good Google and yelp reviews 3 1/2 stars it's not a good yelp reviews with over 400 bad reviews covered up on yelp saying they are not recommended a scammer like you. He know to fake reviews.
