Servicing my 2007 Hyundai Sonata with no options available
My 2007 Hyundai Sonata for the first time, had a ticking/knocking sound in the engine. Took it to Romero Hyundai for diagnosis and told they weren't sure if it was a rod, and recommended to replace engine. However an engine or any parts were no longer available!!! Tried to sell me a new car, and offered me $100 for trade in! I filed a complaint with Hyundai Motor Corp, who offered to pay for another dealer to inspect/diagnose. Here is where Riverside Hyundai steps into play! My sales guy Clemente Bacani was beyond awesome and explained there is always engine (and parts) replacement options available. They offered me $1000 for trade in, and a deal on new 2018 Hyundai Sonata that I would be crazy not to take!!! Thank you Riverside Hyundai for restoring my faith in Hyundai!!!
P.S. Riverside Hyundai was where I bought my first Sonata, and only reason I was going to Romero Hyundai was due to their location being easier to get to. For 10 years I was going there (Romero's) and never had any issues until this latest engine knock and both the service and sales department failed miserably!
