Lou said he came in to have the employees fix the same problem they had fixed a year prior. They said a different problem caused the same problem again and charged him for both fixes. He would not recommend this business for the reasons already stated.

Good people, good service, very fair prices.
O'Mensah always tries and almost always succeeds to start and finish your car on the times they promise, and charge according to what they estimate. They provide detailed receipts for every visit so we can keep good records on our car's service history. They also keep our cars' service records on their computer - we never have to waste time when dropping off a car to repeat our phone numbers or addresses, and never have to wait for O'mensah to go out to our cars to look up VIN numbers or specs - they can order parts immediately - usually for delivery and installation the same day - just from their computer records of our car. As convenient a place to get car service as you can ask for.

More than fair and honest service
I had my 13 year old vehicle in for a few things that needed attention, but that I did not necessarily want to spend much on to repair as the car has 209,000 miles on it. They fixed the safety issues, then advised me on the costly issues, but didn't push for an expensive fix. As it turned out, I did not go forward on the "not necessary for safe operation" fixes. They did not even charge me for what they fixed! They are honest and competent. I would highly recommend them.

Fixed what was wong
Bizarre problem that comes with maintaining a forty year old car was researched and corrected very efficiently. Nice to find people interested in a somewhat different vehicle.

Quality Work - Reasonable Prices - Always Accommodating.
Routine service and all repairs are always done correctly at O'Mensah, and the prices are always very fair. My wife and I are both very busy people, so it is very helpful that their staff is always very accommodating about getting us in when needed, finishing the work on time, and working around our schedule on follow-up appointments when parts have to be ordered or when additional work needed is identified. Being treated like that at O'Mensah, we no longer go back to our dealers for service.
