On Their Game
I had my Tesla in for body work with Old Dominion. First, the work was superior. They returned my car to factory new in appearance. Second, they proactively communicated everything without my having to ask. Third, they handled the interactions with my insurance company seamlessly almost making this transaction painless. Fourth, their staff was super friendly and super competent each having a certain duty and responsibility. There were no delays searching for your files or insurance interactions... all immediately there. The front office runs like a well oiled machine..... something I have found to be extremely rare.
Fifth, they called my rental car company on my behalf, without my having to ask, to come pick me up to go to the rental site. Finally, they detailed my car just before delivering it back to me....top notch. These people, this company, deserve your business.
