After I returned the item, they credited me less than I paid for it. When I inquired, they quoted a policy that "reserved the right to charge a 25% restocking fee" and tried to claim they were doing me a favor by "only charging 20% because the item was still in the box". There was literally nothing to "restock". It was brand new, never opened and they used this policy to steal from me.
