My wife and I visited OBrien in Normal for the first time and bought a car that day. Our salesman, Roy, was very helpful and knowledgeable about his product. He made us a priority. The process seemed to take a long time (6 hours) but it was no fault of Roy's. They may have been a little understaffed on a Saturday. Roy has since called us to make sure everything is going well with our purchase and I have his cell phone if we need him. He is first class and we enjoyed him working with us.

Every service interaction has been excellent. I love how they keep you posted while waiting in lounge. i was contacted later when parts came in and appointment scheduled immediately to complete remaining repairs. They even offered the shuttle that showed up promptly so I could pickup vehicle.

I am keeping my 2015 as long as I can. I’m at 181,000 miles and the service department never lets me down when it comes to the safety of my car. They are honest about what needs to be done for safety and what can wait a week or two. I have never left disappointed. They go over and above to make sure I understand what they are saying.
