Oak Court Auto is the only place that my wife and I will take our vehicles to. Brett Smith is not only knowledgeable, but he acts with integrity in every aspect of his business. Brett exemplifies customer service, ensuring that every customer is provided with the highest level of customer service possible. Brett takes his time, ensuring the customer has transparency and is knowledgeable about what is taking place with their vehicle. Brett not only goes above and beyond, but he ensures that the customer is confident in the not only the fix, but why it the fix was necessary (what actually went wrong). I don’t know about you, but auto shops tend to over promise and under deliver; but not at Oak Court Auto. I have the confidence that Brett and his team will not only keep our cars up and running, keep my family and others safe on the road.
