The place is a mess
I walked in the lobby and there were no less than 4 employees behind the desk. None were on a phone, they did not seem particularly busy, and took at least 5 minutes before they interrupted their conversation to acknowledge me. I needed a simple repair, and the lady that spoke to me seemed confused and was asking 30 questions as to the vehicle type, insurance and my id and address? I mean come on! It is a simple 10 minute $50 repair, who I am, my car info, or where I live is irrelevant. But I played their game... another 15 minutes of my time wasted. Much as this survey... but anyhow. Then they let me know that the repair would be $80, much higher (like double) than the rate of any of the three places in the county I have stopped into before, But yes sure, after spending so much time with you guys, ill be glad to spend twice as much so I can finally leave! So the 'repair' I left with became twice as big as the crack I came in with, and they still charged me the $80. This place sucks pretty much entirely.
