I had the Fort Collins Colorado store replace and calibrate my windshield on 05/09/2023. Great people. Great Service. Totally Satisfied. Thanks for the great work.

Rock chip repair way to expensive
Service was ok and the repair only took a few minutes but the cost was so much more than other places which we didn't find out until after the fact. I paid $65 dollars and Jiffy lube and a few others only charged $39. I won't be going back there for any chip repair or windshield replacement.

Stellar service
I made an appointment for a cracked windshield. I arrived a little early for the appointment and the car was immediately taken for repair. All staff professional and friendly. Service was quick and I was on my way in about one hour. I highly recommend Novus.

The only glitch in service was the technician was to have come at 3:30 pm but showed up just as I was leaving for lunch. I had to spend half my lunch waiting for the technician to finish and so had to leave the office afterwards and gulp down my lunch instead of taking my time if he had come later in the day. He was very nice and efficient so overall it was a good experience.
