Joan said she has been going here for a while and she really loves the service here, they go above and beyond. Although she was there for a long time there are several places around in the area that kept her busy. This place is so good, she wishes they had a another place closer to Sandy. She also suggested possibly having a borrowed vehicle while she waits, but other than that, she is really pleased with this service.

They're about 20 miles from where I live, but won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
I've been taking my vehicles there for 4 or 5 years now Dave and his team are honest, straight forward, they do great work, and their customer service is awesome. They take the time to explain everything clearly, they keep me updated on the progress. When the problem is intermittent they keep digging until they find it, and they get it right. Customer service excellence is something they take very seriously. They're the best.

Service, at a moment's notice, was excellent
Had a problem Christmas Eve, trying to get up a hill with ice. Ripped up ABS line. (Connector and wires shredded...)
Brought it in just to get it looked at, I was shown what the problem was, and I figured I would have to set up an appointment. But they were able to squeeze me in right then, (on New Years Eve). They were able to repair the car in about an hour and a half, at a decent price putting my ABS and ASR, back in working order.
Extremely happy with the service at this place.
I will continue to bring my vehicle's here, whenever I have a problem, and just for regular service also.
