Car won’t start / electrical issue
Car wouldn’t start. Car wouldn’t recognize the key fob. Was towed to Northtown Hyundai sat there for a week. I left three messages. No one called me back. Called one time it was put on hold for 25 minutes. I drove from way out south Kansas City all the way up to Northtown while on weight and just talked to a service rep. Said that the vehicle has not been diagnosed yet. Called again today and still hasn’t been seen. Could not give me an idea of when it would be seen.


Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication between Northtown Hyundai and the customer service that I received trying to get answers on why my car won’t start.
