They are soooo unprofessional
As a 66 year old, I've had my share of mechanics. But Northside Automotive IS THE WORST! Their phone was off the hook for 8 hrs one day. Supposedly the secretary didn't charge the phone. They said they would call me back, BUT NEVER DID! They are a bunch of stupid morons!

Monica said in the end the problem was fixed, but they didn't fix it at first. She had to take the vehicle back three times. They were nice and they did fix the problem.
