Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and considerate
I was so pleased when I first called to explain the pertinent need to get this automotive issue solved right away…. Derek said if I got my car in the next day..I had the code which was helpful to at least make the situation more understandable. This why the “engine light” was continuously on .. that in itself is unsettling because I am not auto savvy… I felt relieved and in good hands.. that feelin’ continued throughout the whole process and the following appt. Really appreciative of both Derek, Kayla and Darren all very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, encouraging, and supportive.
