Transmission
I was having hesitation with the car at about 25-35 mph, I feared it was either a timing chain issue or transmission. My regular mechanic referred me to Ron @ Northeast transmission. Ron diagnosed the problem as being the transmission but gave me two alternatives one of which was about $5000 less. I opted for the lesser, figuring if it didn’t work I would have to pay the larger amount anyway. He could have just said need a new transmission but gave me the options and the opportunity to make a decision that best suited my family. That is someone I always will work with. BTW he fixed my brother in laws transmission 3 years ago and the car is still running great.

Excellent Service
I am a long time customer. I will not take my 2006 Sonata to any other mechanic for service. NE Trans is owned and operated by experienced and honest people. You cannot go wrong taking your vehicles to NE Transmission for service.

Always great car care service.
I have been a NE Transmission customer for 35 years. Over the years I have received great service for a fair reasonable price. There is never pressure to purchase repairs. Some years ago I discussed, with the owner of NE Trans, whether to purchase a preowned vehicle that I really wanted. NE Trans talked me out of the purchase eventhough they would have performed all vehicle repairs and maintenance. That is why I have been a been a long time customer.
