Emergency Maintenance
On the advice of trusted friends, I had my car towed here when it broke down. I found the staff friendly and good at communicating with me. However, I spoke to 2 different people about looking at the car for a different issue while it was in the shop and it wasn't communicated so that never was completed. It was disappointing as I would most likely have had that job completed by them but because I can't reschedule easily I may need to go to someone more local to my residence.

We appreciate that your friend referred you to us! Unfortunately, I do see that you were here on a week with multiple tow ins, which could be the reason why the message was not communicated. Communication is important to us, and we regret that it was missed. We are happy we were able to get you back on the road safely and as quickly as possible, especially after having just left another service center. Hopefully you can find someone closer to you to help resolve your additional concern soon.
