Best dealership I have purchased from.
The sales process was straightforward.
The detailing of the car upon delivery was excellent. This was the first dealership that actually had the correct tire pressure which tells me that they are competent.
This dealership had the fewest add-ons that I compared to and I was able to negotiate a lower price.

Not disclosing full informaton and not according to what advertised.
Car is good, recriving what I am praying for. But handling the customer was bad. I asked several times what is the interest rate. They didn't say anything. After signing the paper, I got to know that I received high interest rate which is way above what they were advertising.
