Bad paint match
Took my car for insurance repairs and paint. Repairs seem to be done correctly, but the paint is terrible. My car is a bright red and they painted it deep red- it’s so obvious. Can’t believe they felt it adequate. Awful - I would not recommend if your vehicle needs paint work.

Dennis said he's dealt with this business before, they have always had good customer service there and his insurance company referred him to go there. Their location was convenient for him as well.

Great job!
North Rockdale Collision rocks. They repaired my Kia on time and clean as a whistle. They called Enterprise and got me picked up and had them pick up the car afterwards. Highly recommend on their work and their courtesy and professionalism.

Spoke with Donna's husband. He said when he slams the vehicle door it makes a wind noise. The staff did not do a very good job and left the vehicle nasty. He never spoke with the same technician twice . Those that he spoke with were rude and not professional. No one checked the vehicle to make sure the repair was done right. For these reasons, he would not recommend this facility to others.

We spoke with Mr. Gibson regarding his concerns and being unsatisfied.  He advised us that he had not contacted us about the wind noise because he works alot and hasnt had a chance to come by to see us about it.  We apologized to him because he felt his truck was dirty upon pick up, we did wash his truck and clean the front area.  The remainder of his truck had personal belongings in it that we did not want to move.  The customer stated he felt that everything was a big miscommunication and he would be by when work slowed down for us to readjust his door.  We want to make sure that every customer is satisfied when the repairs are complete to their vehicle.

Karli said that the lady at the front desk was nice, kind, knew exactly what to do and helped her out. She said that the repairs were good , the facility got her vehicle back to her soon and that it was a good experience. She said that the appearance of the facility was better than she expected.
