A rip off. We were told once we were handed the key & ready to drive off that they needed to get the 2nd key from the previous owner & would call us. They called wanting to know how our experience was. I asked where is the key, they would check. I called again and was told I needed to speak to sales. Sales won’t return call or texts. Deal is done and they are washing their hands of it, leaving us with the added expense. No integrity. Janet, not completely satisfied, not that you are asking anymore since you know the answer. Oscar, you are not responding to texts or phone calls. Buyer beware to get both keys before signing on the dotted line.
