THE best
I’ve lived in Sonoma County for 8 years now and somehow found these guys. At the time, the owner and his family lived here in Healdsburg, and they would come by and pick my car up for service and deliver it back to me. They are so courteous. They provide so much value for their service. They’re responsive, spot on efficient. I’ve never had a better experience than with North Bay Bavarian. They’ve taken such good care of me and I will always be appreciative and grateful. Thank you guys!!

Great service at reasonable prices
I've had all my BMWs serviced by NBay for the last 20 years....always clearly professional and trustworthy. I know I'm getting the best service and advice on what repairs are needed now and what might be needed in the future.

Solid, honest, fast. Always profesh.
Thought my timing belt was bad but turns out I let the oil get down to just a quart. Yikes. Totally my bad, I was off my car game. Matt also let me know I was using the wrong oil and also told me my Mini's oil light will only come on when there's a sudden loss of oil pressure -- not fluid level. Can't ask more from a garage. Trust them, appreciate them.

Another great experience at North Bay
Took my car in when service engine light came on. Easy and quick appointment was made. Was given prompt call to explain the problem, including estimated price for repairs. Scheduled appointment when parts came in and car was completed in one day. Happy with the service!

Great service
First time visiting North Bay Bavarian. Bought our X5 new in 2003 and have been using the same mechanic since new. As he is now slowing down his business soon to retire I wanted to find someone a little closer to where I actually live. Read great reviews on North Bay Bavarian, took my car there and was very impressed with the expertise and friendliness of the entire staff as well as the quality of the service. They will definitely be my go-to mechanics from this point on.
