Dropped off my car in the morning and got a call early afternoon, and still got my Saturday errands finished. 4 struts done, oil change and my NY state inspection complete.
My truck broke down on a Sunday evening and I had AAA tow it to the nearest affiliate. I called the next day Monday to see what was broken and how much it was going to cost. They were through told me I needed 5 issues resolved. I asked if I had to come in and put a down payment prior to work beginning. They told me no and the truck would be ready Monday evening. Upon picking up my truck the mechanic that worked on my car approached me and shared he made sure all was well and test drove it on the highway. Excellent customer service, I’m definitely going back. As a woman I felt they took the time to explain each issue instead of trying to get over on me). Upon leaving my receipt noted 2 years of coverage on all repairs. Happy camper over here, I highly recommend this shop!
I started using Non Parson Service Center a little over a yr ago and don't regret it. Kuldeep always takes his time and explains to me what is going on; he has his mechanics show me what is wrong and once it's fixed, what they did.
I had my classic vehicle inspected and some other work. Once again I am extremely satisfied. Especially when they explain and show you the problem or problems with the vehicle. Returning satisfied customer, I’ll be back and would definitely recommend this station.
