Replaced water pump when he said he would and at the cost he said.
I wish he would have told me there was an extra fee for using a credit card. If I had known this I might have gotten cash.
Jay was very clear about what he needed to do. The repairs , including fixing an axel breakage, were expensive but reasonable and he did not try to upsell me. I felt he was very concerned about the safety of me and the vehicle. He was also clear about a future repair and how to handle things when the time came. I felt well take care of.
Jay at No Worries is a terrific car caregiver. Loved the experience-spent the day across the street eating some great food and meeting some interesting shop owners. When I got back, he’d not only serviced my car, but fixed my door handle. What a guy!!!!
Jay at “No Worries Automotive Repair” has been our mechanic since we moved to Albuquerque. He has been terrific with everything from a simple maintenance service to more challenging and complicated automotive repairs. He has a wide range of expertise and works on our newer model Lexus as well as our 27-year-old Jeep. Jay is knowledgeable and honest and his pricing is extremely fair. And as an added bonus, he’s just a really nice guy.
