Honest Mechanic
I had an amazing experience at Niel’s Auto Service in Moorpark, CA. I showed up without an appointment, based on the recommendation from another mechanic, to replace the front wheel bearings. However, as soon as Niel took a look at the vehicle, he quickly identified that it was actually the tie rod and stabilizer bar that needed replacements, not the bearings. His honesty and expertise saved me a significant amount of money, and I truly appreciate his integrity in not recommending unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find such a trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic, and I will definitely be coming back for any future needs. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and honest service!

Quick and efficient
Moved to the area and was dreading to find a new mechanic after several years was going to someone dependable. I found Niel Auto shop and I am glad I did. "Fine-tuned my 2015 Kia Soul"
Niel took an excellent and expeditious approach to servicing my Kia and getting it back on the road with minimal 'down time'

His service skills are beyond excellent/outstanding on the "Service Quality Scale" and at a price that is incomparable to any vehicle maintenance establishment in the local area.

His pricing is very reasonable and put up against the quality of his servicing skills makes it a "steal" in the 'Automotive Service Industry" An honest competent mechanic is worth his weight in gold these days !!!!

He doesn't 'throw' parts at the issues, he diagnosis the problem and then orders parts accordingly which is a monumental savings value in itself

I've been going to 'Niel's Auto Service' for well over a decade and i still am, so that tells you something in itself

Take a chance on Niel !, you'll be glad you did

Made an appointment. Neal ordered fog lamp assembly and rear side mirror case, brought the car in. Fixed it in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price I will be back.
