Richard was great to deal with. My vehicle came on a flatbed and the crew stayed long to allow me to drop it off. They started looking over the vehicle first thing in the morning and quick diagnosed the issue. I could tell from overhearing Richard speak to other customers in the lobby that they seemed fair and honest. They got me back on the road in no time.
