My car was taken in early in the morning for routine service including oil change. It was promised early afternoon, but was notified around 11 or so, possibly earlier, that the car was ready. More than happy with Nicks. When I ask questions about my car I am educated in a friendly and polite manner, and I learn something. I’ve been taking this car to Nicks several years, and will continue to do so.
