Nicholas parks Sold this dealership a few years ago.
They sold the dealership to San Leandro Hyundai, and did not share ANY of the customers records with San Leandro Hyundai so you cannot get any of your information from visiting San Leandro Hyundai. Meanwhile the Service dept will NOT honor any service contracts that you purchased from Nicholas Parks Hyundai that are not directly from Hyundai ( ie: premier maintanance oil change plan etc). After dealing with both of this dealerships, I definetly will never buy another Hyundai.

Other Hyundai dealership have service promotions
Service department is clean and waiting area is spacious. Waited 3 hours for oil and filter changed and tire rotation even with appointment. If you don’t mind waiting, it isn’t too bad at the waiting area. The service advisor didn’t try to sell unnecessary service for my 2017 Sonata (probably it is still pretty new), so it is a good thing.

However, there is no coupon or promotion for service available at Nicolas Parks Hyundai at all and the service department doesn’t accept or match current promotions or coupons offer from other local hyundai dealerships. Other local Hyundai dealerships offer promotions and match coupons, so I will check elsewhere before Nicolas Parks next time.

Very slow
I took my car in for oil change and they took more than 3 hours. Upon calling to find out if my car was ready they said Oh it was ready. I’m looking like a fool waiting for dealer to call me back upon finishing. But No I had to call them myself

I had some problems with the noise in my car, and Nicole asked me to bring it back on Friday February 15th, so they could look at it, I brought it back, and she gave me a rent a car for a week, because they wanted to really examine and test to find the problem, and get it resolved. It took a week, but she was very good in keeping in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and even gave out her personnel cell numbers in case I had additional problems. I picked the car up on Friday February 22nd, and so far so good. Nicole has called to make sure that I was satisfied, and she is very pleasant to talk to. I feel that she and her staff really are concerned about their customer's satisfaction. I am pleased.
