Excellent service!

I've taken both my Subaru and Nissan to Next Level Auto, and I could not be more pleased with the service. They are fast, thorough, honest, and reasonably-priced. I've been very impressed, and my wife and I are so glad we found Gareth and the crew!

Thanks for the feedback. 3 out of 5 stars is rather unfair considering the vehicle was not exhibiting symptoms during the time it was here, making it impossible to duplicate and fix your concern. Also, you were not charged for the visit, making this review feel even more unfair. Finally, we recomended a way for you to provide us with information (via video) if the vehicle exhibits symptoms while in your possession. This is 5 out of 5 star service for what we had to work with. How the vehicle decides to perform at any given time is outside of our control, and does not warrant 3 stars. Please reconsider your feedback.

Excellent Service

After being a customer for some time now and having brought all my cars here to have them repaired I would never go anywhere else. This is by far the best service, repair and prices I have found here in the North West.

Fantastic Service

I have had both my car and my wife's car serviced here and both times the service has been exceptional. They always call me and inform me exactly everything that's going on, what needs to be done, how much it's going to cost, etc. Both Gareth and Tim are extremely helpful and courteous and go above and beyond to make things right. Highly recommend them!

Oil change and tire rotation

Oil change and a rotation isn't a big deal, but with Garth and Tim I get a high level of customer service with a confidence that when I leave Nextlevel my car has been thoroughly inspected and done by by highly qualified technicians.

I have in the past had major work done to my two older cars. Each and every time I have been pleased with the repair results at a price that I felt was fair.

Customer service and a high technical standard for all service and repairs is what you get with Nextlevel and I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Great help in time of need!

Garreth and the crew were great. We were here for a simple buyers inspection and they were very thorough, and saved us a lot of future expenses on a car that would have been a major mistake to purchase.
