Jayson said he took his vehicle in because the compressor in his air conditioner was going out. The repair cost $1300. When he drove his vehicle, the air conditioner was not working. Had they done their due diligence, they would have known that. He had to take time off work to bring his vehicle back in, which was a big inconvenience for him. They said it was a manufacturer's default and to bring it back in. He appreciates that they were able to rectify the issue but they should have check it to make sure everything was working properly. Plus, there were grease spots on his seat.

Great Service, fair price.
Had some front end repairs done due to failed safety inspection, dropped of vehicle at 8AM for above work & oil change, received call at 10:30 AM all service completed ready for pick-up, honest and fair price.

Simple problem quickly fixed
I brought my SUV in about 9:30am to address a thumping and shimmying of the left front wheel. The symptoms were similar to my experience last December, which turned out to be a wheel bearing that needed replacement. My expectation was that it was a warranty case since it seemed like the same problem they fixed for me before. The mechanic called me about 45 minutes later and said they checked it out and only found loose lug nuts! I figured it must have happened the last time I had my tires rotated, which was done last month somewhere else. Quick and relatively cheap as car servicing goes! I will be back, just hopefully not too soon!

Great service!
I've been taking my car there for some time and have always had a good experience. They do what you ask for, let you know if something else is needed but they do not pressure you. I was a service manager for years and appreciate honest service.

The team at Sunoco always provides top-notch service at a reasonable price. They do only the work necessary, no trying to up-sell for work your vehicle doesn't need. Highly recommend them!

A/C was not working to full capacity.
A/C was low on Freon, they checked it and solved the issue right away. Long Term considerations were also provided. All Good.
