Air conditioning fiasco
Not only did they not fix our issue, they messed up our car. We originally came to this place last year with air conditioning problem. It all started with them saying we also needed oil change, when we had just changed oil less than 2 weeks prior. Red flag right there. But the reviews were good and we live in the area, so we decided to give them a shot. Their mechanic diagnosed malfunctioning compressor, even though there was no issue with the pressure or the flow. The air just wasn’t cold. We purchased the new compressor from FCP Euro. Then the mechanic said he had to keep putting more and more freon, which they charged us an arm and a leg for after they had already done that. AC still wasn’t blowing cold air after all this. We went back the very same day and all they could say “Well, we don’t know; we diagnosed the compressor and changed it; we don’t know why it didn’t work”. They wanted to change yet another expensive part, but we decided to cut our losses. Now our Volvo mechanic says this new compressor is shot, because it was overflowing with freon. These Millennium people overloaded the new compressor. So their incompetence is still costing us a lot of money. Do not come here, if you are looking for a good mechanic. All they do is try to get as much money as possible before you wise up to their tricks.
